4. What Happens Next
Once we receive your DMCA takedown request:
We will review your submission to ensure all required information is provided.
If valid, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.
We may notify the uploader so they are aware of the removal.
We may request further clarification if needed.
5. Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed in error or is not infringing, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notice should include:

✔ Your consent to jurisdiction in your local court
Once received, we will review and may restore the content if appropriate. Please note that the filer of the original DMCA notice may be notified of your counter-notification
6. Repeat Infringers
APK Supply reserves the right to terminate the accounts or access of users who repeatedly infringe on copyright rights. We also may block repeat infringers from uploading or submitting content.
